Tell us a bit about yourself--a brief bio
I am a pastor's wife and mother of 8 children. I homeschooled my son through 12th grade who now attends New Saint Andrews college in Moscow, ID. I am continuing to homeschool my other 7 children using a classical Christian methodology (ie. the Trivium). I have a master's degree in mathematics and a bachelor's degree in math and English. I took Latin in high school, and begin teaching my children as well as other homeschooled children in my community Latin about 10 years ago. I have taught mathematics, Physics and Latin classes in my home to other local homeschoolers for many years now. I am also a member of the ACCS. This past year I took several of my Latin students to the Texas State Junior Classical League State Convention and recently took a team to San Antionio, TX to participate in Certamen events.
