Tell us a bit about yourself--a brief bio
I married a great woman and into a great family, and that has made all the difference. I was a classics minor in college, which instilled me a life-long appreciation and fascination with learning classical subjects and history. Slowly I came to see that the history of Christianity and classical education were profoundly inter-connected. I also became convinced that great ideas never aged, and that the great ideas of classical education could once again help cultivate human souls for service in the church and culture. Now I love recovering, renewing and re-imagining classical Christian education.

Thank you Chris for being a conduit for conversation amongst those of us who are passionate about classical education.  Since we are flying solo out here in the Pacific, its great to have a place to connect.  I'll be missing the annual conferences this summer as we train up the next generation of leaders at TCS.  Bryan Wolfe and Jennifer Cable will lead this summer's group.

Do you think its time for you and Christine to have another island holiday?

Aloha to you both! Nancy

Yes, I met both Kefa & Peterson.  I got to know Kefa a bit.  But since I lived & worked in western Uganda I didn't have that much ongoing interaction with either.  Thanks for your helpful website!
