I am taking up Jesse's suggestion to fill out my profile page.  Great idea.

Jesse, those are great ideas.  I think we should definitely do what you suggest.  I've got a book review of "The One, the Three, and the Many" that I could post.  I'd love to see some from others as well.  Poems and pictures are a great idea too.

Another idea. We could all post friendly and personal little introductions to ourselves on our profile pages before this goes public so that teachers looking over the page feel welcome and see what kinds of disciplinary backgrounds and teaching experience we each have.

How wonderful to see all these beloved names showing up on here! Looking forward to seeing the ideas flow. I think it would be best to put some very simple structures in place that would generate a healthy level of activity: observing poems, passages or paintings together in a systematic and rotating fashion, periodic book/article reviews, take turns sharing a recent joy or insight from our schools, assigning a couple leaders to each group for moderation, etc.

Not trying to do all of these things, but just a couple simple things that would generate a steady flow of fresh material. I think that this kind of regular and quality interaction will be the most powerful blessing and attraction to educators in other schools as we open in it up.

And I'm just greedy for more interaction time with all of you myself. :)

I think that everything looks good.  I will have to spend a little more time with it over the next few days, though, to get used to it.  I have to admit, I'm a little behind the tech curve on sites like this.  So, my limitations notwithstanding, great work!

Thanks for your quick, helpful feedback Ravi.  We can easily make the changes you suggest....

Hey guys.  This looks great.  I like the videos and the forum for articles and discussions that this provides.  Very nice.  One of the first splash pictures is a familiar stock photo that I see all over the web and could stand to be replaced.  I also think that the banner title at the top of the web site could be a little more visually interesting.  Something about that font distracts me.  But this will be a great tool.
